Brian remembers learning about Real Estate and Property Management from his father at a young age. His father purchased their first investment property before Brian was even enrolled in grade school. Many days were spent at the Investment properties learning about general upkeep, advertising tactics, and interaction with the tenants. To go along with the "on the job training", Brian remembers many late nights at his father's desk learning about Real Estate, crunching numbers and creating an unbreakable bond.
